Experience:

  • Licensed to practice law since 2007.
  • Successfully provided a wide range of criminal defense services for the past 8 years, including jury trials and appeals for charges ranging from DUI to First Degree Murder.
  • Previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting a wide range of matters at jury trial and appeal. Served as Chief of the Appeals unit at Clearfield County DA.
  • Appointed by Governor Tom Wolf to sit on the Pennsylvania State Law Enforcement Advisory Commission, advising on law enforcement policy for agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction, including PSP. Recommended changes to “use of force” policies at PSP and other agencies, many of which have been adopted into practice. Drafted proposed legislation to reform the definition of police “use of force” within the PA Crimes Code.
